If young talent is mentioned, provide only a first name or initials and an age range or the limited optional age/interest information requested. You may leave optional age fields blank.

This website is not a child-facing signup service, a safeguarding hotline or a substitute for parental supervision. Do not invite a child to submit private information directly.

Share the minimum

Do not submit birth dates, school or home addresses, identification documents or numbers, medical records, contracts, passwords, or financial account information. Do not provide another person’s private information without authority to do so.

Describe goals broadly. Do not name a child’s school, disclose travel schedules or locations, upload documents, or share private contact details for young talent. A first name or initials and a broad age range are enough when discussing a child; optional exact-age fields can be left blank.

Verify people and opportunities

Independently verify recruiters, agents, coaches, production companies and online opportunities before sharing information or agreeing to meetings. Be cautious of pressure, secrecy, requests for money or private images, and promises of guaranteed work. Website listings or educational material are not a completed background check or an endorsement of every third party.

Protect wellbeing and rights

Keep a parent or responsible adult involved in interactions concerning a minor. Consider schooling, rest, consent, wellbeing and local rules about child work and earnings. Ask qualified professionals about contracts and legal obligations; do not send contracts through these forms.

Urgent concerns

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For suspected exploitation or abuse, contact the appropriate local safeguarding authority or reporting service. This Hub does not provide emergency response, investigate allegations or promise monitoring of communications.
