Scope and adult submissions

Forms are intended for adults, including parents and adult guardians, not for children to submit directly. Use your own name and contact information. If young talent is mentioned, provide only a first name or initials and an age range or the limited optional age/interest information requested. You may leave optional age fields blank.

Do not submit birth dates, school or home addresses, identification documents or numbers, medical records, contracts, passwords, or financial account information. Do not provide another person’s private information without authority to do so.

Information provided by you

The waitlist form requests adult first and last name, email, optional phone number and affirmative marketing consent. The Founding Access form also requests an interest category, optional child age and an optional referral answer. The booking form additionally requests a preferred date/time window, optional goals and limited age/interest information. Optional fields may be left blank.

Information collected with a submission

Forms also capture the browser user agent and referring page when available. Booking requests capture the browser’s timezone. If configured, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel can receive usage and conversion information, including signup category and founding-applicant interest. Purpose and destinations

Submitted details are stored in Lovable Cloud and routed to the connected GrowthHub365 CRM through a Base44-hosted integration for managing inquiries and communications. Waitlist and Founding Access submissions are also sent to the connected Notion workspace. Booking requests use the CRM connection. These services process information under their own terms and privacy notices; delivery to any integration is not guaranteed.

Information is used to manage waitlist and founding inquiries, session requests and the communications you affirmatively agree to receive. Marketing consent is separate from cookie preferences and does not itself disable analytics.

Retention, access and requests

A specific retention period, vendor processing regions and a complete vendor/subprocessor inventory have not been confirmed for this notice. Do not assume information is stored only in your country. No automated deletion or data-request workflow is promised.

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing consent using the contact below. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Requests may require identity checks and coordination with service providers; this notice does not promise a response time or a particular outcome. Use an unsubscribe option where available or contact us to request that marketing stop.

Limits and updates

No transmission method or website can promise absolute confidentiality or security. This notice does not certify compliance with any privacy law or independently verify service-provider controls. The notice may be updated as the service and confirmed practices change.
