Scope

The Hub describes AI as part of its educational and strategic approach. This notice does not claim that a public AI assistant, automated decision system or particular AI provider is currently available. No AI screening, bias audit or human-review workflow is certified here.

AI is not authority

AI-generated suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated. Verify factual claims and sources independently. Parents and adult guardians should retain responsibility for decisions; do not let AI alone decide safety, casting, employment, schooling, contracts or financial matters.

Protect information

Forms are intended for adults, including parents and adult guardians, not for children to submit directly. Use your own name and contact information. If young talent is mentioned, provide only a first name or initials and an age range or the limited optional age/interest information requested. You may leave optional age fields blank.

Do not submit birth dates, school or home addresses, identification documents or numbers, medical records, contracts, passwords, or financial account information. Do not provide another person’s private information without authority to do so.

Do not paste private family information or sensitive documents into AI tools. Check each tool’s terms, privacy settings, retention and training-use rules before using it; those practices are not verified by this website.

Fairness and professional judgment

Do not use AI to exploit young talent, impersonate people, create sexualized images of minors, discriminate, or infer sensitive characteristics. Respect permission, image rights and applicable laws. Qualified professionals—not AI-generated text—should review legal, tax, medical or other regulated questions.

Concerns and changes

Report a concerning AI-related claim or resource through the contact below without supplying sensitive source documents. Future AI services would need their own confirmed disclosures and safeguards. This notice does not guarantee that outputs are safe, correct or suitable for any individual family.
