Purpose and eligibility

These terms cover the public Momager Intelligence™ Hub website and its inquiry forms. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Forms are intended for adults, including parents and adult guardians, not for children to submit directly. Use your own name and contact information. If young talent is mentioned, provide only a first name or initials and an age range or the limited optional age/interest information requested. You may leave optional age fields blank.

Educational information, not professional advice

The Hub presents general educational and strategic information. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, therapeutic or licensed talent-representation advice. Consult appropriately qualified professionals for decisions concerning contracts, employment, finances, health or a child’s rights.

No promised outcomes

Joining the waitlist, applying for Founding Access or requesting a Career Roadmap Session does not guarantee acceptance, membership, a confirmed appointment, availability, pricing, bonuses, representation, paid work, career advancement or earnings. A requested session time is a preference, not a confirmed reservation. Any later paid offering should have its own confirmed terms before purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not submit birth dates, school or home addresses, identification documents or numbers, medical records, contracts, passwords, or financial account information. Do not provide another person’s private information without authority to do so.

Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or misleading content, harass anyone, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or exploit young talent. Do not submit confidential material for review through public forms.

Content and third parties

Website branding and original content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not reuse them in a way that infringes those rights or implies endorsement. Links and connected services do not mean that all third-party content or conduct has been verified. Their separate terms may apply.

Availability, changes and legal limits

Information may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect; services and website content may change. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose an unverified governing jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration agreement or blanket liability waiver. Material changes will be reflected in the updated notice.
